All our dental work is done to Specialist Standard

I joined Plowman and Partners in 1986 after graduating with double honours from Guy’s Hospital London.  I subsequently completed three years postgraduate clinical training in Fixed Prosthodontics and Periodontology at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
 
I taught postgraduate students on the Masters degree in Conservative Dentistry at the Institute of Dental Surgery, Eastman Dental Hospital in London for twelve years and have given lectures in Europe and the United States.  I am currently a visiting lecturer at The Royal London Dental Hospital.
 
I completed a Doctorate (PhD) in 1995. I am recognised by the General Dental Council as a Specialist in Restorative Dentistry and have been doing implant dentistry in the practice since 1990. I also have more than 30 years of experience doing complex crown and bridgework.
 
I have been President of The American Dental Society of London and have served on the executive committee of The American Dental Society of Europe.

It is my priviledge to look after the dental care for people from Britain, Europe and indeed all over the world. 

 

I have many patients from the United States who live in the UK, who tell me that they are very happy to be seeing a dentist with American training and experience.

In my spare time I am an enthusiastic amateur guitar player, skier and painter.  Other pages of this site include paintings and music.
